    Check pressure 45-50 PSI.
    Check tyre contact 25-30mm compression.
    Check wheel nuts.

    Check hydraulic master cylinder oil level top up as required.
    Check caliper pads & replace when 20% worn.
    Check for splits or cracks on rubber hoses. Replace as necessary.
    Check for scoring of caliper discs. Replace as necessary.

    Check for signs of leaks.

    Check housing bolts and cover bolts.

    RIDE SET UP MOTOR: OIL SEALED FOR LIFE.
    Check pulley on shaft.
    Check mounting bolt.
    Check for oil leaks.

    DOOR MOTOR: OIL SEALED FOR LIFE.
    Check sprocket is secure on shaft.
    Check mounting bolts.

    Action/Repairs Taken?

    MAIN CENTRE BEARING “ROTHERD” CROSS ROLLER TYPE
    Check/Lube with Castrol Speerol Ap3 grease.

    Action/Repairs Taken?

    PLATFORM LIFT MOTOR HYDRAULIC UNIT.
    Check oil level & top up as required. (Castrol VG68 or AWH68)
    Check for splits or cracks on rubber hoses. Replace as necessary.
