    ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE CHECKLIST

    Every 12 months the Ride must be inspected by a competent Engineer to the Australian Standards. Has this been Completed?

    Every 12 months the Ride must be checked by a qualified electrician. Has this been Completed?

    Have the ”After Set Up” and Daily Operation Checklists been Carried Out?

    All pins and brushes need to be checked each year and replace with new as necessary. Has this been Completed?

    You need to replace motor “V” belts every 3 years or every 300 days of operation, has this limit been reached?

    Replace any electrical equipment as required. Has this been Completed?

    You need to Replace any worn bolts in accordance with bolt replacement procedure. Has this been Completed?

    You need to check for any sharp or worn parts that must be replaced. Has this been Completed?

    As required, you might need to perform non destructive testing and a visual inspection of brackets on support legs and track connectors.

    Has the Daily Checklist Lubrication been completed as required for the Ride?
