STAFF INDUCTION

INTRODUCTION

AW Amusements goal is to create a fun, memorable experience. If you’re here then you’re in the process of applying to become a member of the AWA team and need to complete the staff induction process. As you are well aware things are not as they used to be and to become a member of our team you will be required to complete and email the following courses, checks & contract to: Allira Watkins at  allira_watkins15@hotmail.com

STEP 1

Complete the Following Checks and Courses (links referenced below)

• A Working with Children Clearance

STEP 2 

Download and sign our Amusement Services Australia Contract. You can download the Contract Here: ASA Contract

STEP 3 

• Download and complete the Employee Details Form
• You can also download your SUPER Annuation Standard Choice Form and TFN Declaration Form N3092 Here.

STEP 4 

Send all documents (including the Working with Children Certification, Police Check and the Covid-19 Safety at Work and Infection Prevention & Control Training) to Amanda Watkins at  allira_watkins15@hotmail.com

STEP 5 

Familiarise yourself with Industry Awards, OHS and Full Tine Employment criteria.

Pay Rates & Tax

You are employed on a “Casual” basis for the duration of the contract you sign for the show.
18 years old and under $21.38
19 years old $24.05
20 years old and over $26.73

Occupational Health and Safety

All Amusement Services Australia workers must comply with Australian Occupational Health & Safety Standards. Specifically:

• Closed in shoes must be worn, &
• A high visual vest must also be worn on BUMP IN & BUMP OUT Periods.
